- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Manage the client experience process and oversee administrative workloads.
- Attending meetings, taking minutes, and managing action items.
- Oversee the coordination of Firm-wide events and staff milestones.
- Post secondary education in business administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years proven experience in resource management, project management, or a similar role within a professional services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Diplomatic and firm, with the ability to enforce policies or advance business objectives and achieve desired outcomes.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbally, written, and comprehension) and French language skills would be considered an asset.
