    Are you passionate about design and social media? Do you have a knack for creating eye-catching graphics and engaging content? As a Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Bird as a leader in the industry.

    You will work closely with the Communications & Marketing team to reinforce our social media presence, as well as create visually appealing and engaging content across various platforms.

    From concept to execution, you will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics and videos that effectively communicate our message to our target audience.

    Support the execution and implementation of the following initiatives:


    Social Media:
    Develop, produce, and schedule engaging social media content (written, video, and photo)
    Contribute to improving social media strategies and tactics by staying up to date on best practices
    Produce social campaigns for strategic marketing initiatives
    Brand Marketing + Design
    Support brand compliance across all Business Groups and Districts
    Collaborate with Marketing team to ensure that branding is consistent on all external and internal platforms
    Create compelling visuals that align with our brand identity and messaging.
    Support content gathering and research as required for the Strategic Development team


    Website:
    Support with website content, updates, and development as required

    Post-secondary diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
    Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
    Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
    Understanding of Google Analytics and Sprout Social.
    MS Office, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, SharePoint, PowerPoint.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
    Premiere Pro an asset.
