    We serve our industry-leading clients through our industry-specific CRM products: BluMortgage (mortgage brokers), and Cloven (financial advisors).

    Our products make it easy for our clients to connect with their customers and integrate 3rd-party tools to have a "single source of truth" for their business.

    On a day-to-day basis, the Bluroot team works to:

    Educate prospective clients about the value our products provide (Sales & Marketing)

    Assist our current clients achieve business success by using our product (Customer Success)

    Expand our products' capabilities to drive more value (Engineering)

    Job Description

    As a Customer Success Team Lead, you will be working in the Customer Success work-stream.

    As part of this work-stream, you will be expected to:

    Respond to customer requests through the Email Support Desk and Live Chat

    Monitor and manage multiple team members priorities and tasks related to work stream KPIs

    Conduct 1-on-1 support sessions , lead onboarding trainings and answer incoming calls

    Build resources such as articles and videos to continually improve CS capabilities

    Import data for new product users to assist with their onboarding process

    Understand Bluroot's upsell offerings and suggest them to clients as appropriate

    Work with management to plan and execute quarterly goals

    Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure a smooth hand-off from the sales process

    • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure clients are supported when using a new feature/product

    Requirements

    What we Expect from a Candidate

    2+ years experience in a Customer Success role, preferably at a SaaS product company

    Leadership : Effective leadership empowers teams, fosters collaboration, and drives them toward achieving shared objectives.

    Communication: Strong communication and people skills are essential

    Ownership. The only way to succeed in this role is to genuinely care about our client's success.

    Team First Mentality. The success of this role is linked to the success of the team overall. This means working to everyone's strengths and collaborating as necessary.

    Problem Solving Initiative. The CRMs that we work with are complex. A successful candidate needs to apply innovative problem solving approaches.

    Patience . At times, this division can experience frustration. A strong candidate is patient and can lead by example on how to deal with difficult client situations.
