  • Legal Assistant - Financial ServicesPermanent, HybridToronto, OntarioJOB-1543 Responsibilities: Edit and organize all necessary transactional documentation Communicate professionally with all internal and external clients Create signature packages for closings Compile Record Books Produce the highest quality of work Handle daily administrative details Manage duties related to accounting Accountable for all work assigned Calendar management, Requirements: Two years previous experience as a legal assistant Successful completion of a related post-secondary Legal Assistant and/or Law Clerk program Handle time pressure and stress of multiple demands Skills: Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications Experience with creating, numbering, styling and rebuilding documents Familiarity using DocuSign and closing folders Good judgement and decision making skills, organized, resourceful and detail oriented.
