Ce travail peut s'effectuer sur place ou à l'extérieur du site et peut comprendre la coordination et la collaboration avec d'autres équipes de soutien ou des tiers. Ces fonctions seront généralement exercées dans une région assignée, mais elles peuvent être requises n'importe où au Canada et comprendront les déplacements, le travail effectué après les heures normales et des tâches en fin de semaine.
    Agir à titre de représentant de service pour des clients particuliers
    Effectuer l'entretien préventif
    Entretenir et gérer l'équipement et les pièces afin de traiter les demandes de service en temps opportun
    Effectuer avec diligence et professionnalisme les installations, les réparations, les changements nécessaires et les tâches assignées sur l'équipement sur place aux sites des clients, au besoin; cela implique d'effectuer ce travail après les heures normales, au besoin, selon un horaire sur appel en rotation
    S'assurer que toutes les aires de travail sont propres, organisées et sécuritaires et agir de manière légale, sécuritaire et courtoise au moment des déplacements vers et depuis les sites des clients
    Répondre à l'ensemble des exigences administratives et de production de rapports, y compris toute la formation obligatoire
    Transporter occasionnellement des colis aux dépôts de messagerie ou directement à l'aéroport en cas d'urgence ou après les heures de ramassage par le service de messagerie
    Aider l'équipe des ventes à titre de représentant de service pour les négociations et les bannières au niveau du siège social et de la chaîne, en offrant un soutien à la vérification périodique du rendement de l'équipement
    Favoriser une culture d'excellence et une relation de service axée sur le client
    Être titulaire d'un diplôme d'études collégiales en électronique, en robotique ou en électromécanique
    Avoir au moins 5 ans d'expérience à titre de technicien en entretien sur place
    Avoir une expérience des systèmes de contrôle électronique complexes, du dépannage et des réparations est un atout
    Avoir une expérience en automation des hôpitaux et en automation des soins de santé est un atout
    Avoir d'excellentes compétences interpersonnelles en service à la clientèle et une capacité de communiquer efficacement avec des personnes de divers horizons
    Avoir une expérience de travail pertinente dans le soutien technique de première ligne sur place pour la clientèle est un atout évident
    Avoir la capacité de travailler avec les membres d'équipe dans divers services afin d'atteindre les objectifs du service et de résoudre les problèmes des clients internes et externes en temps opportun
    titulaire de ce poste aura à soutenir de façon quotidienne des clients internes et/ou externes à l'extérieur du Québec et/ou aux États-Unis. Par conséquent, ce poste requiert une maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral. Veuillez noter que le nombre de postes dont les tâches requièrent une connaissance de la langue anglaise a été restreint dans la mesure du possible.

    At McKesson Canada, you'll help us carry out our mission to improve lives and advance healthcare. A Field Service Technician (FST) is responsible to install, set up, maintain, troubleshoot and perform repair to client systems and equipment (hardware and software). Such work may be on or off site and may involve co-ordination and co-operation with other support teams or third parties. These duties will commonly be performed within an assigned region but may be required anywhere in Canada and will include travel, after hours and weekend work requirements.
    Act as service representative for specific customers
    Perform Preventive Maintenance
    Maintain and manage equipment and parts in order to execute service requests in a timely manner
    Maintain your inventory up to date
    Diligently and professionally execute installations, repairs, necessary changes and assigned tasks on equipment onsite at customer sites as required. Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized and safe always and act in a legal, safe and courteous manner while travelling to and from customer sites.
    Complete all administrative and reporting requirements, including all mandatory Training.
    Participate in the set-up of commercial showcase events as required
    Assist sales team as service representative when negotiating and banners HQ and chain level, assisting periodical review information on equipment performance
    Foster a culture of excellence and customer-first service relationship
    Experience with pneumatic and robotics systems, troubleshooting and repair an asset.
    ~ Experience with complex electronic control systems, troubleshooting and repair an asset.
    ~ Experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is an asset.
    ~ Experience with Hospital Automation and healthcare automation is an asset
    ~ Excellent interpersonal customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds
    ~ Relevant front line, field based technical customer service work experience a clear asset
    ~ Ability to work independently in the field
    ~ Must have and keep a valid driving license

    The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
    Availability after hours and weekends for on call support and installations as required (frequent)

    Must be physically able to move large boxes and equipment weighing up to 30Kg as well as perform installation work in cabinetry and elevated spaces as needed.
