You will ensure that these values are deeply embedded in every facet of our operations, from daily interactions to shaping the future of senior care excellence

This role requires balancing the demands of nurturing relationships with seniors, their families, and external community stakeholders.

Sienna Senior Living is one of Canada's largest owners and operators of 81 seniors' living residences in addition to managing 12 residences for third parties.

Our portfolio includes long-term care and retirement residences across Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Short Term Incentive Plan

You will be a welcomed member of the Aspira Management team and impact in the following ways:

~ Build a high performing, strong and effective management team

~ Develop short and long term operational plans for the efficient operation, including proper delegation and communication of lines of authority

~ Provide support and direction to the team to achieve targeted occupancy, Net Operating Income and Operating Margin

~ Ensure site level compliance with all applicable provincial regulations

~ Partner with Director of Wellness and Sales Advisor to create and execute strong outreach strategy to increase/maintain occupancy

~ Foster positive community partnerships with health and service providers, business leaders, civic officials and other community agencies to promote the home as an integral part of the community

You have a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field, equipping you with a solid foundation in management principles and practices relevant to our organization

~ With 3-5 years of progressive leadership experience in retirement living, hospitality or a similar sector, you have honed your management skills and are adept at leading teams in compassion and efficiency

~ You have a proven track record of effective team management, budget management and operational excellence. Your experience demonstrates your ability to manage resources wisely and lead operations successfully

~ You possess experience in sales and marketing, crucial for driving occupancy and engaging the community. Your skills in this area will help promote our services and enhance our reputation and reach

~ You are capable of building and maintain strong relationships with seniors, their families, team members and external stakeholders
