We're seeking an Engineering Manager with expertise in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).The People Technology team builds, configures, and implements all people systems used by Yelp to manage its global workforce.
As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of technology that supports People Operations and any department that supports Yelp employees.
You will partner with business leaders, cross-functional managers, executive leadership, and employees across Yelp to strategize and implement technology, workflows, and business processes.
You will lead a team of individual contributors to meet project objectives and integration deployments, manage individual growth planning, and be able to work in a people centric environment.
This opportunity is fully remote and does not require you to be located in any particular area in Canada.
Own the long-term strategic roadmap for People Technology to support needs across the employee life cycle.Manage a team responsible for the development and implementation of new solutions.
Mentor your reporting team, helping them grow as leaders while enabling them to foster strong relationships with their stakeholders to maximize the potential of our people systems.
A technical background that allows you to guide your team through evaluating trade-offs during design and development.Ideally several years experience with a cloud-based People Technology solution
Ideally several years experience, at any level, in all phases of system implementation (requirements, design, build, launch, testing) in a fast-moving environment.
Working knowledge in XSLT, JSON, Javascript and BIRTCompensation range is $165,000 - $280,000 CAD annually. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
This opportunity has the option to be fully remote in all locations across Canada.
