    Purpose:

    The Accounting Assistant provides support to the Osgoode Professional Development finance team.

    Education:

    College Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance.

    Experience:

    Experience in data entry and aptitude for numbers is necessary in this role.
    Understanding the basics of financial monitoring, analysis and preparation of basic payroll and account payable forms.

    Skills:

    Intermediate technical skills including Excel, Access and Word.
    Oral and written communication skills.
    Strong ability to multi-task.
    Critical attention to detail.
    Strong customer service skills.
    Maintain confidentially at all times.
    File management.

    Team player who can deal effectively with others and work collegially with peers and take direction from senior management.
