    General Manager

    • Volume EstablishmentWe are seeking a seasoned General Manager to helm the operations of our high volume dining establishment, renowned for its exceptional culinary and beverage offerings, vibrant atmosphere, and unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction in the downtown core.
    This role is a pivotal opportunity for a dynamic leader passionate about crafting memorable dining experiences, driving operational excellence, and leading a dedicated team toward achieving unparalleled success.
    Ensure the highest standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness are met consistently.


    Financial Acumen:
    Demonstrate comprehensive financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis


    Community Engagement:
    Act as the face of the establishment within the community. Build and maintain relationships with guests, local businesses, and community organizations to drive brand loyalty and reputation.
    Proven track record of operational efficiency, staff development, and financial management.
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels.
    A passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of the Italian-American culinary landscape.
