    Commercial Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Operations
    Vancouver, BC; Toronto, ON

    Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000/yr

You'll join a high-performance team of specialists in borrower relations, payments, property tax, insurance, account management and securitizations that will support you during your training and development experience.     About the role:

  • Understand the life cycle of a mortgage portfolio.
  • Handle the end to end Commercial Servicing administration works and operations: Post-funding transactions, loan advances, borrower, investor, CMHC and other requests.
  • Manage a variety of interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze documents to meet business requirements.
  • Identify and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders to help make business critical decisions.
  • Understand the importance of compliance in today's marketplace.
  • Take the opportunity to stay current with market research and market trend

    • This role is for you if you have:

  • Results-driven with strong organizational and administration skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in analytical and numerical skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office user.
  • Demonstrates professionalism, judgment, and integrity.
  • Passion for real estate lending business.
  • Self-motivated, process-oriented, and possesses strong administration and operation skills.
  • Ownership and accountability for work, ability to meet tight deadlines, and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (preferred).
  • Undergraduate degree or nearing completion in Real Estate, Business Administration, Math, Accounting, Insurance, or Economics.
  • Experience in the banking, credit union, or financial services industry is an asset
