    Description

    Adecco is currently recruiting for an E-commerce Operations Specialist for a full-time permanent role with our client based out of Ottawa, Ontario.

    • Mon-Fri 8 :00 am - 4:00 pm EST
    • Onsite

    The E-commerce Operations Specialist will have the following responsibilities:

    • Follow the daily operations procedures (accounts, orders processing, shipping, competitors pricing monitoring and adding new products)
    • Daily, monitor all the marketplace's accounts performance and resolve any issue professionally.
    • Answering customers emails & phone calls
    • Processing the marketplaces orders utilizing shipping software "UPS and Canada Post in very efficient, cost effective and within the marketplaces delivery timeframe mindset.
    • Inventory managing.
    • Think "how" instead of, "no." Always look for creative solutions that achieve our goals and mitigates risk.
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
    • Trace the root cause of the issue and help the leader resolve it.
    • Embrace new ideas and always assume positive intent.
    • Spotting opportunities for improvements

    The E-commerce Operations Specialist must meet the following mandatory requirements:

    • Must have minimum 2 years' experience in E-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart & Shopify)
    • Bilingual (English and French)
    • An exceptional verbal and written communication
    • Fluency with reporting, analysis, and taking a data-driven approach to problem solving.
    • Organized, results-focused, and highly accountable, capable of working on multiple projects.
    • An independent thinker, but with team-player, partnership instincts
    • Self-directed, eager to learn, and resourceful, but not afraid to seek guidance.
