    THE POSITION

    • You are up to the challenge of managing all the field sales activities throughout the Greater Toronto and surrounding areas, managing communication and direction for Field Sales Consultants and Specialists
    • You will set goals for sales representatives, following through with coaching, and advising on ways to collaboratively guide and support our customers
    • You are competitive in an ethical and values focused way
    • You like to set targets, enjoying the diligence and effort it takes the team to rally around a common goal
    • You are comfortable and understand the need to utilize Salesforce and available technology to measure and track sales activities
    • Comfortable as a sales leader, you understand the importance of increasing market share within the Toronto market
    • You are a leader that is comfortable in guiding and developing others, stepping in to have courageous conversations as needed
    • You enjoy metrics and can pull together data and reports that help to communicate the cost and return on investment in your recommendations and plans
    • You understand the importance of leveraging a CRM (Salesforce) to drive growth and business activities

    THE QUALIFICATIONS

    You have at least five years' experience in sales leadership, preferably within a healthcare or comparable industry. You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related discipline. You have a proven track record of leadership, increasing sales and market share from your previous positions. You have strong interpersonal skills, with strong quantitative abilities to match, working in sales databases. You have high attention to detail and strong organizational skills functioning within a customer centric environment. You are comfortable as the sales leadership example for others.

    Your favourite words are sales manager, sales, manager, management, Salesforce, healthcare, sales professional, dental and dental careers.
