    Description

    TrustedQA (TQA) is seeking a Database Administrator to join our Air Force DCGS team at Joint Base Langley Eustis in Hampton, VA. This classified program requires an active TS/SCI for consideration.

    The Database Administrator will provide architectural governance, ensuring open architectural solutions that facilitate a more responsive and agile engineering approach. They will review user requirements, create databases, and test and coordinate changes. They will collaborate with development and end-users to determine application data access requirements, transaction rates, volume analysis, and other key data required to develop and maintain integrated databases. They will administer the program's database management system(s) (e.g., MS SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL) to organize and store data and ensure database performance. The Database Administrator will also help with the transition to automated tools. We are interested in speaking to candidates with the following background:
    • 3+ years of experience and a BA/BS or MA/MS degree, or 6 years of experience in lieu of a degree
    • Experience developing Course of Actions (COAs) documents and providing engineering technical reports

Pay Range: The target salary for this role is $100,000 USD – $115,000; however, TQA considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications. As a federal contractor, TQA is subject to all federal mandates and/or other customer requirements.
