    Position:
    Bilingual Advisor Service Center Representative - Permanent full time.


    Location:
    Downtown Toronto, QC

    Monday - Friday (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)
    Schedule: 8:00AM - 8:00PM EST (available during this time, hours will vary)
    Salary - 46,000k - 54,000k Yearly


    3 week training is remote and from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

    Responsibilities

    • You are expected to provide exceptional customer service experience to financial advisors, their support teams and investors.
    • You can expect to receive inbound calls from financial or investment advisors in this role on a daily basis.
    • You will need to support them on their customers' RRSP investment accounts.
    • You will have to work closely with the finance advisors to help them in educating and planning their short term and long term investment strategies.
    Qualifications

    • Excellent English and French communication skills
    • College diploma or University degree is required
    • Strong computer/keyboarding skills
    • Previous Customer Service or Call Centre experience is required
    • Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable
    • Asset if you have experience in the financial industry

    Position is dependent on clear criminal and credit background check
    Our Client operates across Canada.

    This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.

    Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written).

    In particular, this position will require the employee to:

    • communicate with English-speaking clients located outside Quebec on a daily basis
    - cover a territory that spans beyond Quebec and which requires communication with customers and clients who do not speak French
