    Une carrière en tant que Directrice ou Directeur de comptes principal au sein de l'équipe Entreprises agroalimentaire de la Banque Nationale c'est adopter une approche personnalisée et fournir des conseils de haute qualité. Tes tâches complexes et variées t'aideront à devenir rapidement une ressource de confiance pour ta clientèle et ses projets financiers.
    Notre équipe se consacre exclusivement à la gestion d'entreprises à fort potentiel de croissance dans le secteur de la transformation agroalimentaire et alimentaire.
    Identifier et développer des opportunités d'affaires sur ton marché, augmenter ta clientèle commerciale et établir des stratégies de développement des affaires
    Aidez ta clientèle à atteindre ses objectifs d'affaires en proposant des stratégies financières basées sur la combinaison la plus appropriée de produits et services de la Banque
    Gérer les relations avec une clientèle avertie qui a des besoins de financement entre 10 et 150 millions de dollars dans des situations qui sont souvent transactionnelles
    Fournir une expertise dans les domaines de la structure de financement, de l'analyse financière et de tous les aspects de l'évaluation des dossiers
    Aider à préparer des dossiers, y compris l'analyse et la mise en place de structures de financement d'entreprise
    Au sein des groupes spécialisés du secteur Entreprises et Gestion privée 1859, tu fais partie d'une équipe de 14 collègues et tu relèves du vice-président associé Agroalimentaire. Avec l'aide d'une équipe de divers spécialistes du crédit et de la trésorerie, tu structureras des dossiers de crédit complexes. Nous visons à t'offrir un maximum de flexibilité et de qualité de vie. Nos programmes de formation utilisent l'apprentissage en cours d'emploi pour vous aider à maîtriser votre rôle. Tu pourras accéder à du contenu de formation personnalisé sur des sujets tels que les solutions bancaires et l'approche consultative pour soutenir ton apprentissage continu. Expérience en développement des affaires et avec un réseau d'affaires établi (dans le secteur agroalimentaire est un atout important)
