- You will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.
- Working with many software development teams to understand and articulate system capabilities and interfaces (APIs), with the goal of creating a comprehensive documentation system that is consistent, understandable and maintainable.
- Create and refine technical information and other materials as necessary for explaining system functionality
- Work closely with software developers
- Suggest best practices and optimizations, including documentation of best practices
- Manage complex technical information across multiple components QA content for errors
- Bachelor's degree in relevant technical field
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or software documentation
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Github
- Familiarity with various markup languages, including Markdown, HTML, and YAML
- Have a "big picture" view of our documentation system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Healthy analytical and critical thinking skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Experience in Med-tech and SaMD
- Good understanding of information architecture
- Basic graphics and web design skills
- Basic understanding of software development and APIs
