    Together, we enhance conventional designs with smarter, more resilient systems. TYLin's Talent Attraction team is seeking a Strategic Talent Business Partner (Recruiter) to join their team.

    Partner with local PH hiring managers, Global Talent Attraction team and others at TYLin attracting and retaining the best talent for our open positions.

    Work with internal clients and Global Talent Attraction team to identify future talent needs and build talent sourcing pipelines.

    Create the opportunity for strategic talent acquisition decisions.
    Strategize and source candidates from various resources to build stronger candidate pipeline in alignment with the Diversity Hiring Initiative for local and global opportunities (U.Promote a collaborative culture with clear performance expectations.

    Passion for people and talent attraction, along with an understanding of talent pipelines, branding, and the full life recruiting life cycle.

    Ability to demonstrate how you bring to life the fundamentals of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion – Show us how you do this, and the impact it has had.

    Proficiency in applicable technology such as PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Learning Management Systems (LMS) and HRIS systems.

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    Experience with Workday preferred.
    Demonstrated experience of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive team, working together toward technical excellence.
