    May create compelling graphics and visual communications, involving strategic image selection and/or acquisition.

    • Initiates proposal planning process, including review of client requirements, development of proposal responsibility matrix and content outline, creation of timeline/assignments and scheduling of pursuit kick offs.
    • Under minimal direction, completes layout and production of proposal material with a professional and brand complaint style.
    • Accurately proofs, edits and rewords text to deliver a high quality, complaint, error free submission on time.
    • Conducts client background research, identifies questions, concerns and potential risks to inform the 'strategic visioning' and proposal planning stage of the process.
    • Strong project management, organizational and time management skills to effectively establish the priority and scheduling or work tasks.
    • Ability to execute a lean, quality pursuit process and participate in a strategy session.
    • Strong business acumen with an understanding of industry practices and new developments (construction process, delivery models, contract types).
    -competent functionality within Adobe Suite of programs (i.e. photoshop, PPT, Illustrator, etc.) with ability to create brand complaint visual content.

    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant marketing software systems.
