    Description

    Company Overview:

    Our client is a leading civil infrastructure contractor, recognized as an ENR Top 30 contractor in the US, with a rapidly growing presence in Canada.

    There expertise spans heavy civil infrastructure construction as well as power and utility projects, making us a leader in our field.

    The ideal candidate will play a key role in the preparation and submission of our project proposals, ensuring they are comprehensive, competitive, and delivered on time.

    Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop proposal content.
    Assist in developing and maintaining a database of standard proposal materials.
    Monitor tender websites and identify potential opportunities relevant to the company's expertise.
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or related field.
    Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with proposal software tools.
    Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
