    Description
    Rentokil-Terminix Canada is one of the largest pest control providers to the property management sector. Our certified specialists use innovative technologies to protect millions of homes and businesses throughout Canada.
    Rentokil-Terminix is currently seeking an experienced collections expert to be a part of our fast-paced collections team. The position will be based out of our office in Calgary th Ave. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for the management of collections within an assigned territory.
    Conducts a high volume of outbound calls to customers regarding the collection of past due
    and/or delinquent accounts
    Present collections efforts and results during one-on-one meetings with direct manager and
    Ability to comprehend service agreements and instructions and interpret accounts accordingly.
    Tracks statistics on success of outbound collection calls.
    1-3 years previous collections experience preferred.
    ~ Knowledge of established collection procedures and guidelines
    ~ Ability to provide customer quality service in all job tasks
    ~ Ability to use computer systems to navigate collections database effectively
