    Position Overview

    Reporting to the Quality Manager, the incumbent is responsible for providing data processing support to the Regional Cardiac Sciences Program. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing and maintaining data report standards for a number of Cardiac Sciences databases.

    Experience

  • A minimum of 1-2 years related experience including data entry experience required.
  • Working knowledge of computer programs required.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency with MS Excel, Word, Access and the use of email.
  • Experience and working knowledge of Access and PowerPoint would be an asset.
  • Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)

  • Complete high school education.
  • Successful completion of a recognized medical secretarial training program preferred.
  • Certification/Licensure/Registration

  • Ability to adjust and adapt in an environment that requires frequent changes and be able to demonstrate "flexibility" in assigned duties or program process changes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work under the direction of the Manager and adhere to details.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-faceted team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work dependently and independently and be able to establish and maintain excellent.
