- Prepares various documents, reports, and materials for Claims Analysts;
- Providing back-up to Claims Analysts while they are on vacation;
- Assist the Claims Service Representatives in providing administrative support to the Claims Analyst;
- Corresponds with Service Partners, Insureds, and Brokers;
- Other related duties including but not limited to research and participating in small projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and must be bilingual (French and English).
- College or University student, open to all majors and disciplines;
- Some work experience in related field;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Word and Excel with strong keyboarding skills:
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high attention to detail;
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Experience in web design, specifically SharePoint would be an asset.
