    N/C Programmer II

    Aversan Inc.

    () is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace.

    We are currently seeking a qualified N/C Programmer II towork on leading edge technology products .

    The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Develop data relating to the drawing of the part to be produced; begins by examining the technical drawings or 3D models of the parts to be manufactured.

    Using computer-aided design (CAD) and computer-aided design (CAD) software, it translates this information into understandable data for the CNC machine.

    Choose the most suitable utensils and correctly set the machining parameters.
    Configure speed, feed and cutting depth settings to ensure optimal results.
    Generate the instruction file, in a language compatible with the control computer (for example, G-code).

    Introduce the instructions on the machine tool; load it via storage media (like a USB stick) or transmit it directly to the machine via a network.

    Test the program and check the operation of the CNC machine.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    Must understand machining processes and be able to resolve technical problems related to programming and machining1234.
    Must be Bilingual in English & French.
    Must have experience with Mastercam/vericut.
    Experience with support production; post processeur and VPSS is nice to have.
