AR Payments into Steel Plus and releasing orders with payment. - Providing Statements of Accounts and helping with AR questions.
- Accounts Payable Contact for the Branch -Pre-approving freight related and office orders Payables, gathering all Payable for Managers to approve on a weekly basis.
- Customer Service- PO processing, Creating Sales Orders, providing updates to customers/Sales Reps.
responding to phone and e-mail enquiries, and Inventory lookups. - Responsible for ordering office and warehouse supplies as needed.
- Responsible on providing end-of-day Report of all Outbound Shipment shipments, Ensuring all
freight costing is divided appropriately to all orders. - Assists staff, managers and sales reps.
- Provides standard clerical duties as assigned, including faxing, copying, mailing and
communicating with other branches. Courier, receiving and distributing individual mail. - Collecting and completing expenses for office and select personnel.
- Minimum of 1-year experience working in an administrative or receptionist role
- Post-secondary education is preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Professionalism in all interactions with staff and customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Open to learning and taking on other tasks and responsibilities as needed
