- Conducts face-to-face, virtual, and phone calls with a territory-specific panel of physicians and associated healthcare professionals to educate on relevant company and product information, enabling the professionals to make informed decisions for their patients
- Completes and executes an annual business plan to determine potential business opportunities in their territory to ensure corporate objectives are achieved.
- Builds and manages relationships through face-to-face, virtual, and phone calls with customers, seeking to understand their needs and requirements to find opportunities to partner with them and/or bring value to their practices.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience and/or knowledge about CNS, psychiatry, ADHD, Pediatrics, and Therapeutic areas would be required
- Strong B2B sales skills with an acumen of consultative selling and the ability to have crisp and clear communication
- Preferred: 3+ years of previous pharmaceutical experience or health-related industry
- Ability to work in fast-paced working environment
