    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Virtual Customer Success Manager to join our team in Winnipeg. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.


    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and/or customer success.

    The candidate should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and support to our clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product information.

    The candidate will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients, as well as providing feedback to the team on customer satisfaction.
