    Description
    Aventas is on the hunt for motivated sales representatives to join our growing team

    We are Canada's FASTEST growing sales and marketing organization with 6 locations and over 140 sales reps across Ontario.

    In 2023 we were able to help our client Telus acquire over 150,000 customers through face-to-face interactions.
    We view our business as an entrepreneurial training ground. Sales, training, leadership and public speaking are things that are developed on a daily basis.

    A successful sales representative will be in the field sourcing new sales opportunities, building relationships and closing deals We are not looking for someone with a ton of experience because every candidate will be paired with a seasoned Field Manager.

    ~ Opportunity for travel - we have travelled around the world with our team (Check out our website/social media)
    ~ What you will do as a sales representative
    Attend sales and leadership seminars
    Learn the art of the sale
    Wants to be paid for performance (commissions)
    ~ 1-2 years experience in retail, hospitality or customer service is an asset
