    Description:

    As a Client Services Representative with Administrative and Help Desk Functions, you will be a crucial point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries, issues, and technical problems related to credit card products. In this role, you will provide top-tier customer service, perform administrative tasks, coordinate with internal team to find solutions, and offer basic technical support to ensure a positive customer experience. This role has the opportunity to evolve with further use of a ticketing system (Jira) to manage requests.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Support:


    •Handling incoming calls and emails from customers professionally and courteously.

    oAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues.

    oProvide information on products, services, and company policies.

    oEscalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.

    2. Technical Assistance:


    •Offer first-level technical support to customers experiencing technical problems.

    oTroubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues or escalate to other departments when necessary.

    3. Administrative Tasks:


    •Maintain accurate customer records in the database.

    oAssist in data entry, document management, and filing.

    oPrepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents as needed.

    oCoordinate with other departments to ensure smooth information flow.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    MUST HAVE


    •1 year Call Center experience or Customer Service experience


    •Strong written and verbal communication - French Bilingual


    •Proven experience in problem-solving – including working with multiple departments to support clients and find resolve


    •Self starter and comfortable with working without SOPs;


    •a; experience working in a new department or new products, or evolving products where there are little to no SOPs in place


    •b; proven experience or examples of problem solving a customer inquiry where their SOP did not outline the resolution/resolve – how often did this happen, how do/did they respond, what did they do, what was the outcome)

    NICE TO HAVE


    •Experience working with Tier 2 calls and problem-solving where there are little to no SOPs in place


    •Help Desk or Ticketing experience
