- Minimum of a Grade 12 diploma, plus 2-years of post secondary education in business or administration
- 3-years office coordination experience and administrative experience
- Previous experience working in a non-profit is an asset Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Kind, calm and welcoming manner and ability to relate well to children, youth and adults, clients and professionals, in person and on the phone, while working in a fast paced environment
- Strong ability to multitask, showing initiative and flexibility
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Adobe and database software skills and ability to adapt to and learn various software and client database programs; experience using SharePoint & JANEapp an asset Additional Requirements
- Fluent in English & Chinese
- Passionate about the Counselling, Trauma & Victim Services Programs, and supporting marginalized populations
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
