    OVERVIEW

    The Sr. Digital Marketer will support our lead generation and brand awareness initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the SEO and web strategy, and paid social, Google ads display advertising and email campaigns. This role will own the Life Sciences Systems website and any associated technologies/platforms. The role implies strategic thinking but also to be hands-on, project managing and executing campaign components.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns that promote our products/solutions across various digital channels, including email, SEO/SEM, and display advertising, taking into consideration buyer's journey, customer personas, market segments, and other appropriate filters

    • Analyze market trends and customer behavior data to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and audience targeting

    • Manage the creation of engaging digital content, including website content, blog posts, email marketing, and email newsletters.

    • Lead SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.) to improve search engine ranking and visibility

    • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities using analytics tools, providing insights and actionable recommendations to management

    • Conduct ongoing competitive research to help inform digital strategies. Keep current with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

    • Manage all paid media and proactively identify areas of opportunity to grow our brand presence

    • Contribute to social media strategy, suggesting new and exciting opportunities for growth

    • Regularly liaise with Corporate Marketing, Investor Relations, IT, other ATS businesses' marketing teams, and Legal departments to ensure compliance with branding, messaging, GDPR, security, etc.

    • Manage the work of suppliers and agencies when executing marketing activities

    REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:


    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field

    • 7+ years of digital marketing experience in B2B services or products, driving awareness and demand.Fluent in written and spoken English

    • Proven track record of building and executing high-impact performance digital marketing programs that directly drive revenue efficiently

    • Deep understanding of digital marketing best practices and driving demand through a multiple touchpoint customer journey

    • Demonstrated success creating and executing global, multichannel digital programs leveraging content syndication, paid search, display advertising and media, SEO, social media and website

    • Experience with LinkedIn Advertising, Google Ads and Google Analytics/Piwik

    • Experience with WordPress VIP or similar CMS

    • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

    • Proficient in Excel/Word/PowerPoint with the ability to analyze data and prepare reports (including the use of charts, and vlookups)

    • Moderate experience with front-end web and email coding using HTML and CSS

    • Creative self-starter with the ability to work on tasks in an unstructured environment with little direction, and manage complex situations and multiple priorities

    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

    • Disciplined self-starter and independent worker; able to work from home

    • Bonus points for:

    • Graphic design/UX education and/or experience using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
    • Previous experience managing a multilingual website or enterprise-level website
    • Previous experience in marketing within the life sciences industry
