    The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in our tech development company and is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution and delivery of various projects.

    You will serve as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

    The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator who coordinates cross-functional teams and manages project risks effectively.


    Project Manager:
    Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
    designers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

    Risk Management:
    Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project outcomes. Continuously monitor and address risks throughout the project lifecycle.

    Quality Assurance:
    Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. Conduct regular quality reviews and implement corrective actions as needed.

    Budget Management:
    Track project expenses and resource utilization to ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints


    Timeline Management:
    Monitor project timelines closely, identifying and addressing any deviations from the schedule promptly. Adjust project plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks.

    Maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, risk registers, and other relevant records. Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to all project stakeholders.
    Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
    Proven 7-10 years of work experience as a Project Manager, preferably in tech or engineering
    Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
