    Window Mart company is looking for a full time production department assistant in Edmonton, we are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and customer oriented person.

    Responsibilities will include:

    • Order fulfillment, document preparation.
    • Data processing, adjustments and corrections, to perform changes in customers' database.
    • To accurately handle and process data in the provided electronic systems.
    • Management and organization of internal files, filing and storing completed documents.
    • To keep up to date with all modifications of the procedures and using them in day-to-day work.
    • Coordinating and answering questions on services, products and procedures to sales team.
    • Direct phone and email information support to partners.
    • Keeping track of all file documents.
    • To contribute efficiently to the working process optimization and continuous improvement.
    • Solving problems regarding procedure and to keep up with constantly changing electronic file management.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency with computer programs.
    • Knowledge in MS Office software.
    • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
    • Ability to prioritize a high volume of workload in a demanding fast paced environment.
    • Analyze and interpret policy and procedure guidelines.
    • Mature individual with the ability to adapt to change and work in a multidisciplinary team setting both independently and working within a team.
    • English / Russian language is an asset
