    Description
    We're here to make real estate transactions simpler. We do that by providing a digital lead-to-close experience for agents, brokers, and their consumers.

    The Migration Manager leads a team of specialists in orchestrating seamless transitions for clients migrating from legacy software to our new SaaS platform.

    Develop and implement strategies for client outreach, conversion, and migration to new gen systems aligned with organizational goals.
    Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
    Monitor team performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing training initiatives.
    Act as a liaison between the migration team and senior leadership, providing regular updates.
    Manage and effectively resolve customer escalations related to the migration process to ensure a seamless transition to the new generation software, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty
    Bachelor or graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Management, or equivalent


    EXPERIENCE:

    5+ years of experience in client services, project management, training, or consulting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

    Proven track record in managing migration projects and leading cross-functional teams.
    Demonstrated strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making abilities.
    Experience Managing Global teams across time zones in a remote environment.
