    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing various projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing projects in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Plan and manage projects from initiation to completion.
    2. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    3. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
    4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    5. Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
    6. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.
    7. Communicate project status updates regularly to stakeholders and senior management.
    8. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
    9. Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
    10. Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

    Requirements

    1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or related field. PMP certification is a must have.
    2. Proven experience as a project manager or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
    3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
    5. Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
    6. Proficiency in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project or similar applications.
    7. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    9. Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
    10. Experience in the technology industry is preferred but not required.
