- Provide administrative support to Property Managers
- Monitor and respond to telephone and email inquiries from owners/residents/service providers
- Contact service providers for quotes, service requests, etc.
- Maintain owner/resident lists
- Scan and save documents to server under appropriate property
- Prepare mail outs and email correspondence to owners/residents
- Draft correspondence such as arrears letters, notices, etc.
- Filing
- Reception coverage, as required
- Perform other related duties that may arise or be assigned
- Maintain documents and service requests through our online portal Buildium
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Pleasant telephone manner and customer focused personality
- Knowledge of MS Office and other computer related skills
- Excellent communication, grammar and spelling skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Team oriented, diligent and reliable
- Prior experience in Property Management industry considered an asset
- Bilingualism, considered an asset
