    You will assist the company in producing on-site administration as an experienced administrative assistant and perform the following duties:


    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Efficiently managing email correspondence for senior members of the organisation, including communication with business partners and sending reports as required.
    • Accurate data collection and summarization in compliance with organizational policies.
    • Using WhatsApp to handle client communications and making sure inquiries are answered promptly.
    • Helping senior members with a range of administrative duties, such as making travel plans, setting up meetings, and scheduling appointments.
    • Offering all-around administrative assistance.
    • Producing and obtaining reports from our databases.
    • Completing monthly assignments as scheduled, like providing customers with reports every week.

    What are we looking for:

    • Proven administrative background.
    • Exceptional organisational skills.
    • Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral, and feel comfortable communicating via email, phone, and in person with clients and coworkers.
    • The capacity to pay close attention to detail and verify work for accuracy.
    • Have the ability to show initiative in problem-solving.
    • When handling several priorities, be adaptable and proactive.
    • Excellent proficiency in IT, encompassing proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
