- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
- Follow standard help desk procedures
- Log all help desk interactions via ManageEngine Service Desk
- Administer help desk and corporate software
- Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
- Exchange server, Active directory, SharePoint, and Cisco Call manager
- Problem analysis and solving
- Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment like Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, and Cisco Call manager
- Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications like ManageEngine Service Desk
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Active Directory, Exchange, ManageEngine Service Desk, and Cisco Telephony
- 3 to 5 years experience working on a Help Desk
