    Ce que vous ferez :

    • Écouter et identifier efficacement les besoins des clients pour communiquer et offrir des produits et services supplémentaires pour améliorer l'expérience de voyage du client
    • Capturez des clients sans réservation pour augmenter votre part de marché
    • Guider les clients tout au long du processus de location en utilisant l'empathie, l'autonomisation et les compétences de résolution de problèmes pour offrir une expérience mémorable qui ravira le client
    • Aider les clients avec les échanges de véhicules, les retours, les réservations futures et toutes les préoccupations qu'ils pourraient avoir

    Ce que nous recherchons :

    • Permis de conduire valide
    • Doit parler français et avoir une bonne connaissance de la langue anglaise
    • Diplôme d'études secondaires (ou équivalent)
    • Compétences efficaces en communication verbale
    • Compétences informatiques de base (dactylographie, saisie de données)
    • Personnalité professionnelle et engageante
    • Flexibilité pour travailler tous les quarts de travail

    Points supplémentaires pour cela :

    • 6 mois d'expérience en service à la clientèle et/ou en vente

    What You'll Do:

    You will rent our cars and sell our products and services at our airport rental counters. This includes processing contracts, listening and identifying customer needs, upselling our products and services to enhance their travel experience while providing excellent customer service.

    What we're looking for:

    • Valid Driver's License
    • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
    • Effective verbal communication skills
    • Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
    • Professional, engaging personality
    • Flexibility to work all shifts

    6 months real estate or retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
