    Dilawri Group inOntario is nowactively searching for an Assistant Sales Manager to join the teamat Frost GMC in Brampton.

    Have a passionfor Sales and Automotive.
    Are lookingfor an opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry.
    Assist the Sales Managers in leading and motivatingthe sales team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
    Train, mentor, and coach sales team members to enhancetheir skills and product knowledge, as directed by Sales Manager.
    Ensure all department staff are licensed and trainedprior to communicating with customers.
    Assist in closing all new and pre-owned vehicle saleswith Sales & Leasing Consultants.

    Ensure that Sales & Leasing Consultants follow-upby telephone with customers seen, within 24-hours of the initial visit tothe Dealership.

    Work closely with the inventory team to ensure awell-maintained and appealing showroom, managing inventory levelsefficiently.
    Meet all predetermined sales targets and forecast.
    Minimumof 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a proven track recordof achieving sales targets.
    Solid understanding of automotive products, industry trends, and the GMbrand is a plus.
    ValidDriver's License for Ontario
    ValidOMVIC License
    Experiencewith OneEighty, vAuto, and AutoAlert an asset
