    Description

    Our Engineering teams are expanding, and we are looking for a talented Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team.

    If you are passionate about attracting quality talent and driven to shape and execute creative talent acquisition strategies for technical roles this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

    Our Talent Acquisition team is a powerhouse of dedication, relentlessly focused on our mission to craft not just teams, but extraordinary human and high-performing teams.

    Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline and drive the full-cycle recruitment process, with a particular focus on technical recruitment across multiple geographies (including Software Developers, Data Engineers, Systems Engineer, among others)
    Seek out new and creative ways to find and engage the most passionate and high potential candidates, both active and passive
    Contribute to building the strongest recruiting function with the most innovative practices and processes in Canada

    Full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a rapid-growth or otherwise high-velocity environment with a focus on technical/ engineering recruiting across all levels.

    Strong knowledge of the Canadian tech community, in particular in Toronto and/or Vancouver
    A consultative approach to recruitment: A multichannel approach to recruitment: inbound, outbound, referrals, events, etc.
    Demonstrated ability to drive decision making and behavioural change with data.
    Experience championing diversity and inclusion programs or initiatives
    Experience with Workday ATS

    The expected salary range* for similar roles within Clio is: $67,800 to $90,000 CAD
    Competitive, equitable salary with top-tier health benefits, dental, and vision insurance
    Hybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Dublin) to be in office min. Flexible time off policy, with an encouraged 20 days off per year.

    The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio.
