    Our client is seeking an HR Manager for their Calgary office

    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    Reporting to the leadership team, the HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of HR. This will include managing the administration team, leading HR programs, and developing and implementing new policies and procedures. Learning and development and employee engagement initiatives are a large part of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the office and is a strategic partner and advisor regarding key management and organizational issues, while managing and executing day-to-day HR operations.

    ABOUT THE POSITION
    Plan and direct all HR services, programs, policies, and best practices to support the organization's strategic goals.
    Supervise administrative team and conduct performance reviews.
    Develop learning and development plans.
    Performance management.
    Act as the first point of contact for team members on all matters relating to HR.
    Manage and maintain the HR budget.
    Employee engagement initiatives.
    Supports recruitment efforts.
    Maintains a high level of confidentiality.

    THE REQUIREMENTS

    4+ years of experience in Human Resources at a Generalist level or above.
    Post secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources.
    CPHR designation.
    Industry experience in public practice accounting, or professional services is desired.
    Strong communication and able to build relationships and trust.
    Must be able to manage confidential information.
    Prior experience managing a team.

    COMPENSATION
    Annual salary range $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits and 3 weeks vacation to start.
