Service Desk AnalystType:

This role is a member of the IT service desk and a major part of a typical workday will be resolving incidents over various communication channels.
Required Skills:
2 to 3 years of customer support experience.
Comfortable with a variety of basic software solutionsGood communication, time managementDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn new toolsDependable and reliableFamiliarity with updating and using a knowledge baseGeneral knowledge of computer systems, analysis techniques, and ITIL processesDiploma in a computer field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Time management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.Ability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
Knowledge of computer systems, analysis techniques, and ITIL processes.
Bilingual skills are a nice-to-have.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer issues promptly and efficientlyMaintain troubleshooting documentation in the knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available for both customers and team members.
