- Act as an expert in organizational evolution to ensure the adoption of the right mindset and associated behaviors for hyperautomation projects, in particular through the definition and implementation of change management strategies.
- Determine and design activities and communications related to the different strategies.
- Determine, design and implement change management approaches and tools to support teams and projects in achieving their objectives.
- Collaborate in analyzing the impacts of changes on work organization, systems and tools, processes, behaviors, roles and responsibilities, skills and workload.
- Design and support change management activities related to deployment.
- Influence and establish a spirit of collaboration so that all stakeholders work towards a common goal.
