    Description

    Brandt is currently seeking a Manager of Strategic Pricing in Regina, Saskatchewan.

    The position's primary focus will be to manage the company's pricing, programs and incentives for construction, forestry, roadbuilding, mining, material handling and other industrial equipment sectors across a national network of 120 retail branches in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Managing programs, strategies and incentives while tracking and comparing the outcomes to help drive desired results
    • Working to identify new opportunities that align closely with market trends and company direction
    • Developing a consistent program framework and reporting mechanisms across all product lines - assessing data from a variety of sources to gain insights into market trends and pricing strategies
    • Communicating with Senior Sales Leadership on developing and implementing competitive pricing strategies
    • Managing incentive programs for sales teams


    Required Skills
    • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis
    • Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
    • Above average experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related products.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills.


    Required Experience
    • 5+ years in pricing, sales, data analysis or other related role
    • In-depth knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis.
    • Experience in analyzing pricing strategies and forecasting revenue and market share.
    • Experience in collaborating on pricing strategies with sales and marketing departments.
    • Ability to keep abreast of industry trends and develop dynamic pricing tools.
    • Advanced ability to present pricing analysis reports to relevant stakeholders.
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
    • Above average experience in using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and related products.
    • Industry Experience would be considered an asset
