    OFFICE MANAGER FULL-TIME
    Do you know how to effectively manage daily office operations?
    Do you have sound knowledge and experience working in a dental/medical setting?
    Do you have a talent for building and developing a strong medical office team?


    Our client operates multiple dental clinics across the city and has a reputation for their high service and care standards.

    As the Office Manager, you are essential to the efficiency of office operations and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Oversee daily office operations for 3 locations including clinic staff.
    Manage recruitment, training, and development of administrative, clinical, and support staff.
    Maintain inventory of office and clinic supplies.
    Handle dental office financials including budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.
    Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, RCDSO, ODA) and industry standards.
    Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices for dental clinic operations.
    Contribute to development and implementation of strategic plans for business growth and development.
    Collaborate with the executive team on initiatives for practice expansion.
    Proven experience managing dental office operations, ideally for multiple locations.
    Extensive experience in people management including recruitment, training, scheduling, etc.
    Experience with facility management including inventory control.
    Proficiency with managing finances for dental offices, including budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
    Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, OSHA, RCDSO, ODA dental board regulations)
    Solid knowledge of dental office procedures and best practices.
