    Description
    Our client is in the machinery manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Divisional Controller to join their corporate finance team
    Opportunity to contribute to ERP implementation
    Interaction with senior leadership, including CEO and General Managers

    Establish and enforce uniform accounting policies, controls, and procedures across all divisions in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

    Hire and develop coaching plans for accounting and finance personnel, including Accountants, Cost Analysts, AR, AP, Payroll, and other relevant roles.

    Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of production costs per job/project, with a particular focus on materials, labor, and overheads.

    Prepare monthly income tax provisions and offer support for income tax preparation and planning.
    Generate detailed and timely financial performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

    Collaborate with site leadership to evaluate and provide insights on financial and operational performance to enhance financial reporting to the Off-Road Group.

    Develop site-level cash flow projections and manage payment planning.
    Assist in site-level customer and vendor pricing strategies in conjunction with Business Development and Purchasing.
    Participate in the preparation, support, and analysis of annual Business Planning and quarterly Forecasting with facility leadership.
    5 years of experience as a senior-level accounting/finance in a similar sized organization
    ~ Advanced level skills using Microsoft Excel
