    Description

    Basé à Montréal, l'administrateur des propositions de services dirige l'élaboration des propositions de services à valeur ajoutée pour l'instrumentation, pour tous les comptes, quelle que soit la couverture du compte (partenaire de distribution, ventes directes régionales, comptes stratégiques nationaux et régionaux).

    Rôle+Responsabilités

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente pour comprendre les buts, les objectifs et les besoins commerciaux des clients et élaborer des propositions pour répondre à ces besoins.
  • Gérer le pipeline de propositions de services pour tous les comptes assignés - Gérer les opportunités de clients et de services en utilisant le système de relation client C360 (Salesforce).
  • Il est responsable du respect du processus d'acquisition d'opportunités de l'entreprise, y compris la préparation de barrières de qualité et l'assurance que les approbations techniques et commerciales sont obtenues.
  • Gérer et coordonner les activités d'élaboration de propositions pour toutes les nouvelles opportunités de services à valeur ajoutée.
  • Communiquer verbalement ou par écrit avec les clients pour comprendre l'étendue complète de la fourniture (au-delà de ce qui a été demandé).
  • Définir l'étendue de la fourniture et l'intégrer dans la proposition.
  • Répondre à toutes les demandes de renseignements des clients
  • Traiter les commandes des clients, en veillant à ce qu'elles soient transmises avec succès à l'équipe responsable de l'exécution et de la coordination des services, de manière à ce que tous les besoins et attentes des clients soient pleinement compris et correctement exécutés.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres processus tels que l'assistance aux applications, les projets, les services, la logistique ou le marketing afin d'assurer la pleine satisfaction du client.

    • Qualification+Profil

  • Formation post-secondaire de préférence dans les domaines commerciaux ou techniques tels que l'instrumentation, l'automatisation, l'électronique ou l'ingénierie.
  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience Business 2 Business dans la vente et/ou le service à la clientèle.
  • Compétences intermédiaires en informatique, notamment SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint et Word - Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite - Solides compétences organisationnelles
  • Aspiration à la vente afin d'élargir les demandes de renseignements des clients.
  • Bilingue anglais et français
