    Planning Manager
    Our client is a local developer that specializes in creating diverse masterplan communities.

    With 20 years of experience in the real estate industry in Canada and Worldwide, we have established solid local acquisition knowledge and global connections.

    Our professionalism, passion, and global vision enable us to provide our customers with refined and high-quality standard homes.

    As part of the team, you will report to the Director of Development & Design, and your responsibilities will include coordinating project pre-development and development processes to meet company costs, quality, time, and safety objectives.

    A ssist in managing the project through the entitlement process, which includes various approval processes.
    Site Plan Agreement process
    Coordinate and manage the project consultant team to submit applications on time and budget.
    Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation and control.
    Provide regular project status updates.
    Promote collaborative solid professional working relationships with all internal teams and external consultant teams.
    Manage day-to-day project issues with the ability to Identify and resolve any problems and conflicts related to the project 。
    Attend online progress meetings with organization, consultant team, and Municipality as needed.

    • 6 years of professional work experience in real estate project planning with experience in a variety of highrise residential projects.
    ~ Strong written and verbal English communication skills in dealing with owner groups and consultants.
    ~ Completion of an Undergraduate degree in urban planning, engineering, real estate, architecture, or a related field is an asset.
    ~ Demonstrable experience with essential development contracts such as contracts for architectural services, engineering services, and general contracting services.
    ~ Demonstrable experience with permitting agencies, either as an architect or owners' project manager.
    ~ Strong computer literacy and p roficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project .

    Understanding construction drawings and specifications is an asset. #
