    Description

    Required Skills:

    • Minimum 8 years of business analysis experience in Information Security with a focus on IAM projects.
    • Experience in SaaS products like CIAM (OKTA, Forgerock), IGA (SailPoint, Saviynt), and PAM (CyberArk, BeyondTrust) solutions.
    • Advanced skills in requirements gathering and documentation for CIAM / IGA / PAM tools.
    • Experience in testing plans development and execution.
    • Knowledge of IAM solutions such as Active Directory, ADFS, Azure Active Directory, MIM, and SSO.
    • Strong understanding of security concepts, cryptography, and authentication.
    • Excellent technical writing and project leadership skills.
    • Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, customer service-oriented, and collaborative team player.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Utilize critical thinking to determine project scope, prioritize work, and manage project timelines.
    • Work on multiple projects with contending priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Balance work effort efficiently and assist team members to achieve objectives.
    • Effective verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Show curiosity about digital/cybersecurity and stay updated with the current threat landscape.
    • Years of experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
    • Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies and Agile methodology.
    • Experience in preparing Business Requirements and Process documentation.
    • Good understanding of Insurance business.
