    Description
    Directrice / Directeur des services aux adultes et à la communauté
    S'agit-il d'un emploi pour étudiant et/ou jeune ? Vous voulez contribuer à la communauté francophone et francophile du comté de Simcoe ?     Poste permanent à temps plein à 35 heures / semaine
    Date d'entrée en fonction : dès que possible Avec l'encadrement de la Direction générale, la personne recherchée devra planifier, organiser, diriger, contrôler et évaluer les programmes et services destinés aux adultes avec l'appui du personnel sous sa supervision et de l'équipe de gestion.
    Gestion administrative

    • Élaborer la planification opérationnelle des secteurs sous sa responsabilité (services d'emploi, centres de formation des adultes, radio et activités culturelles) selon les orientations définies dans le plan stratégique, et assurer la mise en œuvre;

    • Élaborer les différents outils de gestion nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des secteurs sous sa responsabilité et s'assurer de leur mise à jour continue; Gestion financière

    • Gestion des ressources humaines et physiques

    • Collaborer au développement de mécanismes de collaboration et de concertation auprès des bailleurs de fonds, gouvernements, ministères, agences et organismes (provincial, fédéral, régional);

    • Appuyer la direction dans le contrôle des communications internes et externes Qualifications et compétences :

    • Posséder un diplôme en gestion des affaires ou tout autre domaine connexe;

    • Posséder un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion financière et des ressources humaines serait un atout;

    • Avoir une bonne connaissance des lignes directives des services d'Emploi Ontario;
